If you are bringing other people onto the property it is your responsibility to make sure that every adult entering the property has read and agreed to these Conditions of Entry.
If you perform any commercial activity on the property you must hold a Public Liability Insurance that covers that activity.
Persons entering and using On The View and its facilities do so at their own risk, and are responsible for ensuring the security of any personal items brought into the property, at all times. To the extent permitted by law, On The View is not responsible (including for negligence) for:
any personal injury or other loss sustained by persons; or
any damage to, loss or theft of any personal items
Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times within the property.
The environment at On The View can be dangerous. Risks include (but not limited to): steep, rugged, slippery, uneven terrain and concealed obstacles, tree and branch fall, rickety fencing, and free-roaming animals. Therefore:
Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
It is an express condition of your entry that you do hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, assignees and next-of-kin, release, waive and discharge On The View Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers of and from all liability, claims or demands for all injuries, losses, damages of any kind or nature to your person or property or to that of any minor under your supervision, while on the property.
Camping is not permitted.
No fires.
Take all rubbish with you.
Keep a safe distance from the fences at all times and do not lean on them under any circumstances.
Dogs are allowed on a leash only and at your own risk. If you bring a dog onto the property, keep a safe distance from the cattle.
Always shut the gate behind you when entering or leaving.
