On The View can host wedding ceremonies from a handful of attendees to 100 attendee events. Larger ceremonies may be possible by arrangement.
- Reservations must be made and managed by a wedding professional — a celebrant, photographer, planner or stylist. Unfortunately we cannot take direct reservations from couples, and we cannot legally host receptions or functions.
- Inclusions and extras vary by Peak (weekends and school holidays) and Off-Peak (everything else).
- Car spaces are shared with other park visitors and must therefore be reserved for your event. Any changes after the initial reservation are subject to availability.

Queensland weather can be unpredictable, so reserve with confidence. Cancel at any time before your event, for any reason, and receive a full refund. No cancellation fees.
A wet weather option is coming in the first half of 2027.

Important notes for all reservations
- On The View is a public park. While we reserve an area for your exclusive use during the wedding, other areas of the park remain open to the public.
- You may bring chairs, signing tables, floral arrangements and other small decorations.
- Small refreshments and beverages may be served.
- Small battery-powered speakers are allowed, but you must be considerate to other park visitors and our neighbours.
- Live acoustic music is allowed.
- All wedding preparations and cleanup must be completed in a single day, within the operating hours of the park.
- No catered meals are to be served, no marquees, and no loud amplified music.
- Photo shoots: each photo shoot area can be shared by up to 3 parties at the same time, or reserved exclusively for your party. During a photo shoot the general public is not permitted in the reserved area. Exclusive use is included with the Managed Wedding package; other packages may share the area with other parties, or pay extra for exclusive use.
- Preparation and cleanup times are in addition to the reserved ceremony time.
